1. คำจำกัดความและขอบเขต

“เรา” หมายถึง JARNTEAM / SoundBoard by JarnTeam ผู้พัฒนาและให้บริการโปรแกรมและเว็บไซต์ที่ระบุในเอกสารนี้ “โปรแกรม” หมายถึง SoundBoard สำหรับคอมพิวเตอร์ รวมถึงฟังก์ชันเล่นเสียง ปุ่มลัด โปรไฟล์ การตั้งค่า และฟังก์ชันอื่นที่เปิดให้ใช้งานในแต่ละรุ่น “License” หมายถึงสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่ออกให้แก่บัญชีหรืออุปกรณ์ตามรายละเอียดของ License นั้น

2. บัญชีและ Google Login

• คุณต้องใช้บัญชี Google ที่คุณมีสิทธิ์ใช้งาน และให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเมื่อจำเป็นต่อการยืนยันบัญชีหรือจัดการสิทธิ์
• คุณเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อการเข้าถึงบัญชี อุปกรณ์ และ Activation Code ของตนเอง โปรดเก็บ Activation Code ไว้เป็นความลับและอย่าเผยแพร่ต่อสาธารณะ
• Google Login เป็นวิธีการยืนยันตัวตนที่อาศัยบริการของ Google การใช้งาน Google อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของ Google ด้วย

3. Trial และ License

• ระบบอาจมีช่วงทดลองใช้ (Trial) ซึ่งระยะเวลาปัจจุบันของ Trial ที่ระบบกำหนดคือ 7 วันต่อบัญชีที่เข้าเงื่อนไข เว้นแต่หน้าโปรแกรมหรือข้อเสนอที่แสดงต่อคุณจะระบุเป็นอย่างอื่น
• License อาจกำหนดวันหมดอายุ จำนวนอุปกรณ์ที่อนุญาต และข้อจำกัดอื่นตามรายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์หรือ License ที่คุณได้รับ ให้ยึดข้อมูลที่แสดง ณ เวลาสั่งซื้อหรือออก License เป็นหลัก
• ช่วงทดลองใช้ถูกผูกกับตัวระบุบัญชี Google อีเมลที่ยืนยันแล้ว และตัวระบุอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์เพื่อช่วยป้องกันการเริ่ม Trial ซ้ำ การเปลี่ยนอีเมลหรือบัญชีบนอุปกรณ์เดิมหรือเบราว์เซอร์เดิมจะไม่เริ่มช่วงทดลองใหม่ หากมี Trial เดิมอยู่แล้ว
• License ที่ผูกกับอุปกรณ์อาจต้องเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อเปิดใช้งาน ตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ หรือรับ Lease ตามกลไกความปลอดภัยของโปรแกรม
• ห้ามขายต่อ แจกจ่าย เผยแพร่ หรือใช้ Activation Code ของบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ห้ามหลบเลี่ยงการจำกัดอุปกรณ์หรือการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์
• เราอาจปฏิเสธ ระงับ หรือเพิกถอน License เมื่อพบการทุจริต การชำระเงินที่ไม่ได้รับการยืนยัน การละเมิดข้อกำหนด หรือความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย โดยคำนึงถึงกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและสิทธิของผู้ใช้

4. การซื้อ การชำระเงิน และการคืนเงิน

• หากเปิดใช้ระบบสั่งซื้อ รายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคา ช่องทางชำระเงิน และเงื่อนไขเฉพาะจะเป็นไปตามที่แสดงก่อนส่งคำสั่งซื้อ
• การส่งคำสั่งซื้อหรือหลักฐานการชำระเงินไม่ได้หมายความว่าได้รับการยืนยันโดยอัตโนมัติ ระบบอาจต้องตรวจสอบการชำระเงินก่อนอนุมัติคำสั่งซื้อและออก Activation Code
• ห้ามส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงินปลอม ดัดแปลง หรือใช้เพื่อให้ได้รับสิทธิ์โดยมิชอบ
• การยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่แจ้งไว้ในขั้นตอนซื้อขายและกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ หากต้องการสอบถามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ โปรดติดต่ออีเมลด้านล่างพร้อมข้อมูลอ้างอิงที่ไม่ใช่รหัสลับ

5. การใช้โปรแกรมอย่างเหมาะสม

คุณตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้โปรแกรมหรือเว็บไซต์เพื่อกระทำการที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิของบุคคลอื่น รบกวนหรือโจมตีระบบ พยายามเข้าถึงส่วนที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แทรกมัลแวร์ หลบเลี่ยงระบบ License หรือรบกวนผู้ใช้รายอื่น คุณต้องรับผิดชอบต่อเสียง ไฟล์ โปรไฟล์ และเนื้อหาที่นำเข้าโปรแกรม รวมถึงการมีสิทธิ์ใช้หรือเผยแพร่เนื้อหาเหล่านั้น

6. ไฟล์เสียง โปรไฟล์ และข้อมูลสำรอง

• ไฟล์เสียงและข้อมูลที่คุณนำเข้า ยังคงอยู่ภายใต้สิทธิ์ของคุณหรือเจ้าของสิทธิ์เดิม คุณต้องได้รับอนุญาตที่จำเป็นสำหรับการใช้ไฟล์ดังกล่าว
• หากคุณเปิดใช้ Google Drive Sync โปรแกรมอาจสำรองหรือกู้คืนโปรไฟล์ การตั้งค่า และไฟล์เสียงที่เกี่ยวข้องไปยังพื้นที่ข้อมูลเฉพาะของแอปบน Google Drive ตามที่อธิบายใน นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
• โปรดเก็บสำเนาสำรองของไฟล์สำคัญไว้เองด้วย เราไม่รับประกันว่าการสำรองหรือกู้คืนจะสำเร็จได้ทุกครั้งในทุกสภาพแวดล้อม

7. การอัปเดตและบริการภายนอก

โปรแกรมอาจตรวจสอบและดาวน์โหลดการอัปเดตเมื่อมีเวอร์ชันใหม่ ฟังก์ชันบางอย่างขึ้นอยู่กับอินเทอร์เน็ต ระบบปฏิบัติการ อุปกรณ์เสียง หรือบริการภายนอก เช่น Google, ผู้ให้บริการโฮสต์เว็บไซต์ และผู้ให้บริการฐานข้อมูล บริการเหล่านี้อาจเปลี่ยนแปลง หยุดให้บริการ หรือมีเงื่อนไขของตนเอง เราไม่สามารถควบคุมการให้บริการของบุคคลภายนอกทั้งหมดได้

8. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

โปรแกรม เว็บไซต์ เครื่องหมาย โลโก้ และส่วนประกอบที่เราเป็นเจ้าของยังคงเป็นทรัพย์สินของเจ้าของสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ข้อกำหนดนี้ให้สิทธิ์ใช้งานตาม License ที่ได้รับ ไม่ได้โอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในโปรแกรมให้คุณ ห้ามคัดลอก ดัดแปลง แจกจ่าย หรือใช้ส่วนประกอบที่มีลิขสิทธิ์นอกเหนือจากที่กฎหมายหรือใบอนุญาตอนุญาต

9. ความพร้อมใช้งานและข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เราใช้ความพยายามอย่างเหมาะสมในการดูแลบริการ แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะทำงานได้ต่อเนื่อง ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือเข้ากันได้กับฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ทุกชุด ฟังก์ชันบางอย่างอาจหยุดชั่วคราวเพื่อบำรุงรักษา ความปลอดภัย หรือแก้ไขปัญหา เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือการสูญเสียที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี ความผิดพลาดของอุปกรณ์ หรือบริการภายนอก ทั้งนี้ข้อกำหนดนี้ไม่จำกัดความรับผิดหรือสิทธิ์ของผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเว้น

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยุติบริการ

เราอาจปรับปรุงโปรแกรม ฟังก์ชัน หรือข้อกำหนดเมื่อมีเหตุผลด้านเทคนิค ความปลอดภัย หรือการให้บริการ โดยจะเผยแพร่ข้อกำหนดฉบับปรับปรุงที่ URL นี้และปรับวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญ เราจะใช้ความพยายามตามสมควรในการแจ้งผ่านช่องทางที่เหมาะสม การเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่กระทบสิทธิ์ที่กฎหมายคุ้มครอง

Terms of Service (English)

Effective date: 21 October 2026. These terms apply to SoundBoard by JarnTeam, the JARNTEAM website and related services such as Google sign-in, trials, licenses, backup/restore and software updates. By downloading, installing or using a covered service, you agree to these terms. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Scope

“We” means JARNTEAM / SoundBoard by JarnTeam. “Software” means the SoundBoard desktop application, including sound playback, hotkeys, profiles, settings and features made available in a particular release. “License” means the permission issued for an account or device under the applicable license details.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

• Use a Google account you are authorized to use and provide accurate information when needed to verify an account or manage access.
• You are responsible for access to your account, devices and Activation Code. Keep Activation Codes private and do not publish or share them without authorization.
• Google sign-in relies on Google services and is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

3. Trials and licenses

• A trial may be offered. The current default trial configured by the service is 7 days per eligible account, unless the Software or an offer shown to you states otherwise.
• A License may have an expiry date, device limit and other restrictions. The applicable product information or license details shown at purchase or issuance govern.
• Trials are associated with the verified Google identity/email and an app-device or browser identifier to discourage repeated starts. Switching accounts or email addresses on the same desktop device or browser does not restart an existing trial window.
• Internet access may be required to activate a License, check its status or obtain a signed lease as part of the Software's security controls.
• Do not resell, publish, distribute or use another person's Activation Code without authorization, or circumvent device limits or license checks.
• We may refuse, suspend or revoke a License in cases of fraud, unverified payment, violations of these terms or security risk, subject to applicable law and user rights.

4. Orders, payments and refunds

• If checkout is enabled, the product details, price, payment method and any specific purchase terms shown before submission apply.
• Submitting an order or payment proof does not itself confirm payment. Verification may be required before an order is approved and an Activation Code is issued.
• Do not submit fake, altered or misleading payment evidence.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms presented during purchase and applicable law. For order questions, contact the email below with non-secret reference details.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Software or website for unlawful activity, infringement, attacks or disruption, unauthorized access, malware distribution, license circumvention or interference with other users. You are responsible for the audio files, profiles and other content you import, including obtaining any permissions needed to use that content.

6. Audio files, profiles and backups

• Audio files and other content you import remain subject to your rights or the rights of their original owners. You must have the necessary permissions to use them.
• If you enable Google Drive Sync, the Software may back up or restore profiles, settings and related audio files in the app-specific Google Drive storage described in our Privacy Policy.
• Keep your own backups of important files. We do not guarantee that every backup or restore will succeed in every environment.

7. Updates and third-party services

The Software may check for and download updates. Some features depend on the internet, operating system, audio devices or third-party services such as Google and hosting/database providers. Such services may change, become unavailable or apply their own terms. We do not control all aspects of third-party services.

8. Intellectual property

The Software, website, marks, logos and components owned by us remain the property of their respective rights holders. A License grants the applicable right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership. Do not copy, modify, distribute or use copyrighted components except as permitted by law or the applicable license.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every hardware and software configuration. Features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or troubleshooting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by misuse, device faults or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes or discontinuation

We may update the Software, features or these terms for technical, security or service reasons. The latest version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date. Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes. Changes do not affect rights protected by law.
